Hello, my name is Steve Whiteside and I am the Founder of Inspiration by Design

Welcome to the first step on the journey to a better, more effective, growth oriented organization!

My name is Steve Whiteside PhD and I founded Inspiration by Design. We specialize in working with organizations, entrepreneurs, managers, and executives to maximize their potential and success. Whether you’re organization is large or small we can help set a path focused on strategic growth, performance and systems to meet the full potential of your company.

Whether you are a new or experienced, CEO, COO, Entrepreneur or Executive who needs some direction or a President or VP of a large firm who needs to get around some roadblocks, we can help you find the answers you need. We help with business culture, mission, business processes, team building, communication, personal blocks, behavioral or cognitive change, through strategic engagements that work!

As founder of Inspiration by Design my own life experience makes me uniquely qualified to assist you in this process. I am a serial entrepreneur who owns multi million dollar businesses, and I am also a lifelong learner with a Master’s in Leadership and a PhD in Human and Organizational System. I like to call myself a practitioner/scholar, I am a business owner first and a learner/researcher second. There are very few successful Coaches/ Consultants that own Multi million dollar companies and have a PhD to help you accomplish your goals. As well our other team members that work with us are highly skilled and have years of experience working with organizations.

It doesn’t matter which industry you’re in, which stage your business is at, or what the obstacles are (even if you’re unsure), we can help you find the answers that are almost always already inside you or your team!
