My name is Steve Whiteside PhD and I founded Inspiration by Design. We specialize in working with organizations, entrepreneurs, managers, and executives to maximize their potential and success. As founder of Inspiration by Design my own life experience makes me uniquely qualified to assist you in this process. I am a serial entrepreneur who owns multi million dollar businesses, and I am also a lifelong learner with a Master’s in Leadership and a PhD in Human and Organizational System. I like to call myself a practitioner/scholar, I am a business owner first and a learner/researcher second. There are very few successful Coaches/ Consultants that own Multi million dollar companies and have a PhD to help you accomplish your goals. As well our other team members that work with us are highly skilled and have years of experience working with organizations.
